How To Upgrade AdSense Hosted to Non-hosted Account

The leading advertisement network Google Adsense has changed its policies for the Adsense account approval.
Earlier, getting AdSense account approved was very easy. All you needed was to apply for AdSense through blogspot or youtube and use it on any other websites you want.
That was very easy process but people started misusing it. After getting AdSense they started using it in low quality and spamming blogs.
So, Google decided to make a big change to their AdSense policies as mentioned in their official blog. There are now two types of AdSense account. The first one is AdSense hosted account and the second on is non-hosted AdSense account.
Here’s the difference between AdSense hosted and non-hosted account.

What is Adsense Hosted Account?

AdSense hosted account is the one that is approved by partner sites of Google such as Blogspot, YouTube or HubPages. So if you have an approved account from there, it will be known as Adsense Hosted Account.

When you want to publish their ads to the non-hosted website i.e yourblog.com, then you are required to submit the request to upgrade your account from hosted to non-hosted.
Getting approval of hosted account is comparatively easy to the normal account. In this type, you do not have your own domain.
You have to go through the proper application procedure and place the desired website’s URL to the show ads on your website.

What is Adsense Non-hosted Account?

AdSense non-hosted account is the one which you can use on any website that you own even if your account is on domains like .com, .net or .org.
However, getting a non-hosted Adsense account is not that easy anymore because many people tried to trick AdSense to get approved so they changed the policies. You have to fulfil all the requirements of AdSense to get approved.
When you apply for the normal Adsense account, you are required to have the quality blog or website which is according to AdSense requirements. Their team will review your account manually.
You need to get the approval before you start placing your ads on other websites otherwise your ad place will appear white. In case, if you don’t get the approval from Google AdSense. You can always try back until you finally get approved for the non-hosted account.
Here I’ll show you how to upgrade your AdSense hosted account into non-hosted. Make sure that to read my post on things to do before applying for AdSense.

Naming The Categories And Sections

Once the template was in place, I could focus on improving the names of the sections and categories. If your site have a large number of articles, sections and categories is to simply group the articles so you can find them.
In this article below you will find related keywords list. It will be used to help us to filter and select the main structure and keywords of the site.
The right structure should reflect the “theme” of the site. So, from a long keyword list and with some help from Amazon (look inside the category on the topic of our site, it will give you some hints to create a good structure), the base of the sections is built as follows:
  • Make money
  • Affiliate Program
  • Business
  • E-commerce
  • Earning Way
  • Email Marketing
  • Forex Trading
  • freelancing Job
  • Internet Business
  • Internet Marketing
  • Service
  • Forex
  • Domain & Hosting
  • Marketing

As you can see, this is a large topic to build a site on arid these are only the sections. Now, it’s time to pick a section and make the category listing that is put into that section.
Here is an example for the Structure section:
  • Make money from article writing
  • Earn money from Adsense
  • Make money from Social network
  • Make money from Affiliate Network
  • Make money from Blogging
  • Make money from ebook
The rest of the categories will reflect a lot of the keywords that can help to attract traffic to this site. As you can see there is a lot of interaction between the categories, which is required to give the search engines an idea on what this site is about.
Even if you have a small site, make sure that the sections and categories are named according to your keyword strategy. It makes it a lot easier for you to structure the content within your site and, if you use other publishers, they will be able to place their articles in the right spot as well.
The way these categories and sections are shown on the site and reflected in the sitemap (that will be installed later) is determined by the menus. In the menu, the site’s structure becomes clearer. Keep in mind that this part of building your site is not just for the search engines, it is also for your visitors as it will improve the usability of your site. Your visitors need to be able to find their way through your site as quickly and easily as possible. If you can achieve this, you have a clear structure for search engines in place as well

History of Fiverr a global online marketplace

Fiverr was founded by Shai Wininger and Micha Kaufman on February 1, 2010, and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. Wininger came up with the concept of a marketplace that would provide a two sided platform for people to buy and sell a variety of digital services typically offered by freelance contractors. Services offered on the site include writing, translation, graphic design, video editing and programming. Fiverr’s services start at $5, which is what the company’s name is based on and can go up to thousands of dollars with Gig Extras. Each service offered is called a "Gig"

The website was launched in early 2010 and by 2012 was hosting over 1.3 million Gigs. The website transaction volume has grown 600% since 2011. Additionally, Fiverr.com has been ranked among the top 100 most popular sites in the U.S. and top 150 in the world since the beginning of 2013
On June 1, 2010, Fiverr received a seed investment of US$1 million from Cubit Investments.
On May 3, 2012, Fiverr secured US$15 million in funding from Accel Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing the company's total funding to US$20 million.
On December 2013, Fiverr released their iOS app in the Apple App Store.
On March 2014, Fiverr released their Android app in the Google Play store.
During August 2014, Fiverr announced that it has raised $30 million in a Series C round of funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Accel and other investors. The round brings their total funding to date to $50 million.
In October 2015, Amazon.com started legal action against 1,114 Fiverr sellers it claims provide fake reviews on the US version of its website. Fiverr did not dispute Amazon’s allegations and stated: “As Amazon noted, we have worked closely together to remove services that violate our terms of use, and respond promptly to any reports of inappropriate content.”

In November 2015, Fiverr announced that it had raised $60 million in a Series D round of funding, led by Square Peg Capital. The round brings their total funding to date to $110 million. At the same time, the company announced that it was expanding the marketplace to allow sellers the ability to price productized services, known as Gigs, at prices above the original USD $5 minimum
